  Horrible experience, I was given a single non smoking room...for an exorbitant price. Thanks to the frankfurt fare. The room had a strong cigarette smell and the heating was very poor. I came out in one hour time and the old man on the reception was extremely difficult to deal with. He has been very unfair and insisted that there is nothing wrong with the room and charged me full amount. I think its best to avoid this hotel at any cost.

  Two minutes after check out I asked if receptionist could print out my boarding pass and he told me that he looks after guest, but i just checked out! 😀

  Reception staffs are so friendly and helpful. Clean room.

  Fair price, good location.. canbe a bit noisy because of tram.
