  Excellent service and super pleasant atmosphere. I stayed for four days on business and despite the Frankfurt skyline and big city atmosphere, I felt like I was on a spa trip. I had the Avani listed as a reference in our company, every one of my colleagues should have the opportunity to have such a pleasant experience.

  Can't really find any fault with this hotel. It's perfectly located near the centre but not quite in it so it doesn't get too busy. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating where possible. Breakfast was good, and it had everything you needed to fuel yourself for a full day of exploration. If I have to give one gripe, it's the price. It definitely isn't the cheapest, but even that is OK because you get a wonderfully stay for it in return.

  Very professional and kind staffs at the front reception and breakfast (at least these were the two main touch points we had), I really appreciated their manner. We booked via AMEX hotel collection so we got an upgrade to a very large room. The room interior is rather dull and ordinary (the building and interior is old in the upper stairs hallways, not the reception floor), but I didn't book a luxury hotel so it was expected. Good breakfast (really nice tea station, I loved it), bed sheets were clean and soft, and the room was quiet. The biggest plus is the distance to the center, it was so convenient to do a Christmas gift shopping and walk back within 10 min. All in all, a very satisfactory stay in this busy holiday season!

  We stayed on 12.December at hotel . Location was perfect , a lot of restaurants, shops . The hotel located in the center of city . Despite being in the city , it was quiet and there was no city noise at night . Bed was a little bit old , mattress soft There was coffee machine in room, coffee , tea and water . Lobby was decorated for Christmas very beautifully. Breakfast room was stylish . A lot of different kind of food for breakfast. Overall , we were satisfied. The only thing , WiFi didn’t work . Connection was very weak . This hotel is perfect for those who visits city for sightseeing. There is supermarket very near. Subway station 5 min to walk from hotel.Plenty of parking garages around . If we ever need to come to Frankfurt, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

  Lovely hotel perfectly situated to access all attractions and local transport. The breakfast was “mighty”..!! Couldn’t fault the service in any way. We enjoyed foods from the bar menu as well as drinks. The bar staff were excellent as were the reception staff and housekeeping. Would not hesitate to return..!!
