  The best dentist ever and I've had a few. From scheduling appointments to treatment, everything runs perfectly, friendly and patient-oriented.

  The last time was about 20 years ago with Mr. Dr. Chaloupka. Then had to move for work. All implants, etc. are still in perfect and very good condition today!!! All I can say is: excellent!

  Dr. Chaloupka is totally likeable and empathetic. I feel in very good hands with him. In addition to the entire team, which is extremely professional and friendly, I would also like to mention Ms. Fritz because she does a great job. You even enjoy going to have your teeth cleaned! :-)

  After waiting more than 7 weeks for an appointment, I was informed that no tartar was removed here. Reason: This is not profitable. City dinner I could book a professional teeth cleaning privately. I rejected this. I was still offered the check-up (which seems to be profitable). Unfortunately, it is not clear to me what is not profitable about the additional minutes for removing tartar. Ultimately, the entire treatment was canceled rather than carrying out preventative measures and tartar removal. The focus here seems to be on profit and not on the needs of the customer. Therefore I cannot make a recommendation. On the positive side: the receptionist remained friendly. Addendum: I never made an appointment for a professional teeth cleaning.

  If you know what you are doing, you may find this praxis a good place, but if you are new in Garching (and specially in Germany) don't go there! There is high chance that you get treatments you don't really need or bills without a previous agreement.
