::My children had been in this practice for years. At the beginning in the old practice all the employees were very nice and friendly. We were also welcomed by Dr. Gremminger looked after him personally. Unfortunately, when they moved to the new practice, performance continued to deteriorate. My children always had to wait a very long time for 70% of their appointments. At the end, interns or receptionists simply worked on the teeth; children often came back with small wounds in their mouths. When my daughter was spoken to in a very unfriendly manner by a lady at reception, I called to complain. On the phone it was also said: "Dr. Gremminger has no time for a complaint, after all she now has 3 practices." My opinion is that if you can't even run one practice well, you shouldn't open three!! Ultimately we decided to change practices, despite many years of experience, which is a shame. The change ended up taking half a year because you couldn't communicate with anyone directly, different information came each time. It's a real shame that a collaboration had to end like this.

::Super great doctor 👍🏼 My children love being examined by Alice and even look forward to their appointments thanks to her. And that's a miracle for the little ones 😂 They were always afraid before, but the lovely specialist took away their fear. Otherwise, great work, nice and clean, tidy and modern with a great atmosphere. Can only be recommended and therefore 5 stars for the practice.👏🏼

::First of all: no orthodontic treatment ever took place. In my experience: the first appointment was great. Dr Gremminger was very friendly and took her time. She informed me that I needed to be treated with braces and jaw surgery. An appraisal must be carried out for this. But she would “pull through” my case. And this is where the bad experiences start. The impressions that were made for the report were too bad and had to be repeated at a separate appointment. Despite repeated requests, the results were not sent for the consultation with the oral and maxillofacial surgeon for weeks. After being rejected by the expert, I only saw Dr Gremminger once again. She recommended that I change health insurance. The SBK is “nicer”. I followed the advice, but the expert also rejected the treatment. And from then on I met Dr. Gremminger will no longer be seen. When appointments were made, a representative was there who had no idea about my case - but was supposedly Dr. Gremminger teaches. Then I was suddenly advised to undergo therapy without surgery for €6,000. A therapy called camouflage. As I was later told by both the oral and maxillofacial surgeon and my new orthodontist, my clinical problems (temporomandibular joint/swallowing/breathing problems) and also the facial aesthetics would be made even worse. Only the appearance of the bite would improve. I have now changed orthodontists and the Gremminger practice has not forwarded my findings to the new orthodontist for three and a half weeks now. When you call, they always say the person in charge is not there at the moment. I'm very glad I didn't follow the advice of camouflage, but I'm disappointed that it was offered to me for my clinical problems without explaining the many risks. Update: after almost four weeks, my results were finally sent out.

::Very bad shop in Berg am Laim. Here the left doesn't know what the right is doing. Agreements are not kept. Often there is apparently no doctor present. If you are critical of the receptionist on the phone, just hang up. This is obviously all about quantity and not about class. Update: We received an email from the practice today that is the last straw. Here, medical and cost plans for the health insurance company communicate diagnoses and treatments that are not true and can be interpreted to the patient's disadvantage.
