::Fast, competent and friendly even without an appointment

::Today I was at the MVZ Surgery with Mr. Senior Physician Bausch. Was there based on a recommendation from my family doctor, with a surgical scar on the sole of my foot that had been festering for 8 weeks. One look from him at my angiological history (PAD) and he immediately reassured me that it was completely normal. In accordance with my family doctor's opinion, he recommended that I continue the treatment I had initiated and also prescribed insoles for me to relieve the pressure. I didn't have to wait! I was informed very comprehensively. Mr. Bausch is an extremely nice, competent doctor who relieved my fears almost immediately. At no point during the treatment did I feel like I was under time pressure; he took all the time in the world for me, simply wonderful. The only drawback was getting an appointment in advance, but unfortunately that is a very big problem in every Helios Helmstedt facility.

::Disaster emergency room and staff!! I can completely understand that emergencies are preferred. But if there are no emergencies and the staff can talk to the emergency services in peace. And after 3 hours of waiting I was told I was going to be x-rayed, which took another 1 hour. The "motivated, nice" lady at the X-ray made such an annoyed face and was so unfriendly to me that I almost lost my temper. After 4 hours it took another hour until I finally got a cast. The staff doesn't even have proper scissors to cut bandages and plaster! After those 5 hours, I was able to leave the hospital at 3 a.m. and hopefully I will never need it again. The follow-up examination in the MVZ 2 days later was also a complete disaster!!

::I was there with my son to have an abscess removed and treated. We came with an appointment, had little to no waiting time and the doctor who took care of the procedure and aftercare was super nice and humorous. My son felt very well looked after there :)

::Had an appointment at 8:45. There was a lady in front of us who had an appointment at 9:00 and came early... Just don't make appointments and tell people to come when they want and then take their turn!!! You have to wait anyway!!! Sauladen!
