::Avoid at all costs. If you are not bring by helicopter you need to wait until any doctor or nurse is bored enough to ask you age, hight and weight and tell you to wait some more. The pinnacle of my experience was when the secretary asked me what is my condition on the coridor together with all other patients. Don't ever go there.

::For Emergency case for kid, we had waited an hour for the doctor to consult. In total we spent 3 hours for the whole process.

::Very good hospital... Have good team of doctors and midwife. They serve good food and clean environment for patients.

::I need to come here for ER for child because this is the nearest one. It is embarrassing to live in Germany( Neubiberg) and not have Kinderarzt when necessary, nearby. Anyway, the waiting time is really long. On average 4 hours. And everyone waits for 4 hours at least. Imagine your child in an emergency situation and not having a doctor for 4 hours. Maybe they think the patient will miraculously heal and they don’t have to see? This is embarrassing, sad and disgusting. I pay 814€ per month to AOK, my husband pays € 814 per month, so in total per month we pay €1628 per month so that when we need some help, we don’t get it. Talk about german efficiency, german government and brilliant management. May God make them answer for the suffering all the parents are going through.

::The emergency area is a utter embarrassment and shame! Not sure if I ever want to come here again. Staff was rude , will not check on you. If you have a family member with you they will wait forever outside without having any clue what is happening inside. I am amazed to see such a bad organization in this hospital. I come from India. I have always seen doctors nurses in emergency room quick to react, super supportive and they deal more patients than they deal with patients here. I was shocked and surprised how clueless and rude the nurses are here specially in this hospital. Not sure if I ever would like to come back here again or recommend anyone for any emergency.
