::Always very friendly and very helpful. Ms. Renken often not only brought my very heavy packages to my car, but even put them in them. This branch is very well run and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all customers are always polite. You expect, for example, that packages can be picked up before 10 a.m. On the pick-up card it says that you can pick up from 10 a.m. and not earlier! Foreign customers are served just as politely, and the Renken family and employees work hard here. However, they do not speak all the languages in the world. Sometimes linguistic communication is necessary, especially with customs formalities. I wonder how one can complain about something like that. This is a post office and not an interpreter's office.

::Great post office, competent and very friendly employees. The post office leaves nothing to be desired. Anyone who needs a little attention quickly will definitely find it there. From greeting cards to keychains and prepaid cards. Everything your heart desires. You hardly have to wait, you get detailed and great advice. Fast processing. The employees are very well trained. Gift or code cards for Amazon Playstation Netflix etc. Package boxes, envelopes, office supplies etc...everything you need. The long-standing employees are quick and competent in all situations. Even if difficult customers appear, provide good, competent information. The many foreign citizens are also served friendly as far as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not possible because they don't speak German. Sometimes you need an interpreter for this. And if you don't bring anyone with you, you won't be able to serve these customers professionally and competently. Just on the subject of foreign citizens. I am very satisfied with this post office. Keep it up !!!

::Wanted to pick up a package this morning. Should have been delivered yesterday via express. Since the driver doesn't even think it's necessary to deliver it to us, I had to get it myself this morning. The unfriendly person then told me that I should come back later because she had to clear the car with the packages first. This is just an outrage. At the butcher's you don't come to the counter just after eight and then be told to come back later, we have to cut the sausage first. The post office should give its employees training on how to deal with customers, because that's just not possible.
