::It takes a long time before I give a bad review. I have rarely experienced something so unfriendly. I wanted to post an insured package and accidentally said "parcel". She was completely overwhelmed by the cancellation. You can't imagine how the woman at the counter behaved. As if I had personally insulted her. This behavior is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. If I allowed myself to behave like that, I would lose my job.
