::Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating. We ordered 4 knapsacks to choose from. Unfortunately, after a phone call, the order was rejected because it was uneconomical, as we would only keep a maximum of one. In principle I understand, but I would have expected a note on the homepage that such selection orders are not welcome. Then it's better not to offer an online shop and only ship locally or simply calculate the prices better. Maybe we are spoiled by Amazon customer service. Then a medium-sized company can't complain if it doesn't sell anything nationally. The telephone contact was fine, although it was unusual that you were asked why you ordered so many parts and whether a limited selection would be enough. In terms of business, it's more like a village shop. Well, too bad, ticked off. We now shop elsewhere and unfortunately cannot recommend the online experience.

::I was there with my son on January 18th. Buy a school bag from a student. I made an appointment for this so that there would be enough time for us. Doreen, our saleswoman, took a lot of time with my son, who was very excited. She approached him in a very loving, friendly and motivated manner and was able to share all his excitement. I myself was repeatedly included in explanations about the fit and special features of the satchel, so I have the feeling that I was given very competent and honest advice. So it was with a lot of joy and fun that we bought his really beautiful and super-fitting satchel for my son. We were able to take it with us straight away and we are both very happy with it! Thank you for the great buying experience and the competent advice.

::It's a small shop but full of interesting things. There are all kinds of stationery here, from school enrollment to everyday office supplies. Everything a school child needs can be found here. Marlboro, John Players, tobacco and cigars. So there's something there too, not for the little ones, but if you're a smoker you'll get your money's worth here. There is a corridor in the store that you have to follow for about 3m, then you are already in a post office or DHL branch.

::Well. I would rather give 0 stars than 1 star. But unfortunately it doesn't work. I'm also wondering why there are only positive comments here. Very, very unfriendly staff, disrespectful and when you ask for help, there is a bitter, cheeky look and an evil tone. Can't you be friendly? What's the harm in just being friendly? Is it fun to lose customers as a result? To be honest, only 1 employee here is friendly, everyone else can be thrown in the trash. That is not how it works! I want to be treated with respect and kindness. I can NOT recommend these students in Uetze! Oh well. Maybe you should see for yourself what they are like and you will regret being there. NEVER AGAIN!!!
