::When the post office is busy they are friendly. Post office is closed once in the afternoon. Once in the morning. I don't think it's a good idea to always be open
Reinhold Rückel
::Closed Wednesday afternoon. How pointless is that? Otherwise everything is ok. Friendly and competent staff.

::Staff friendly Opening hours are simply unbelievably bad and so far a letter and a package that I wanted to send have been lost.

::Opening times feel as you please. Officially, the “branch” should have been open for over two hours when I visited... Instead, after waiting for over 5 minutes (in the hope that someone would take pity and sell me a stamp), I was informed in an extremely friendly and nice voice 🙄 that I could save myself the wait... "Post is closed! Can't you see that?!" Unfortunately I don't recommend this branch.

::By far the worst post office I have ever experienced. Apart from the really funny opening times, the staff can't even manage to hand out a package because of "inventory" (whoever believes it), which I can already see from in front of the counter. Why could I see it? Very easy! Because data protection is apparently overrated there and it is easier to write the names of the recipients on the front for everyone to see. Craziness... Other post offices within a 10-minute radius also manage to be open as normal as long as the store in which they are located is open. And names are not visibly written there either. In addition, this isn't the first time I've come by today to pick up a package that, according to the note in my mailbox, is ready for pickup the next day. The answer you then get is: -we are closed, -we have inventory, -there is no one doing “post” right now, -the postman wasn't there yet... It's crazy how quickly you can overturn views of well-functioning companies. Sometimes I think to myself why I still order through the post office.
