::According to the DHL notification, my package should be ready for pickup, but they don't have it in the branch or can't find it... and you're spoken to in a rather unfriendly manner and told to complain to the delivery person. Last week it was the same issue, my package was found, but not today. I have to come again then... The way the customer is spoken to here is unacceptable! Our delivery person is really friendly but the behavior in the store is intolerable, so I will make sure that I don't order with DHL shipping anymore

::Unfriendly and incompetent! The staff has absolutely no idea. I have been disappointed and cheated several times. You were unable to calculate the postage correctly for an international letter and on the second visit a package was measured incorrectly and the higher rate was charged. The EDEKA employees are very unfriendly and annoyed towards postal customers. Waiting times are also to be expected, as customers in the beverage market will probably be given priority. Post-identification procedures take a lot of time because staff are unable to confirm the required data. Better no post office than one like this. I will look for another branch in the future to avoid the incompetent staff!
