::I actually rarely write a review, but I have to leave a little message about this. I just handed over a package with the large inscription “Fragile” on it and also asked them to be careful with the package because there was a fragile Easter present in it. When the delivery was completed, I saw the lady throw the package to the others and it made a total clatter. In my opinion, you generally shouldn't handle mail like this, but if I also made a note and the package has a corresponding sticker on it, I find it really questionable how you can handle it like that. I'm actually upset and really hope for improvement.

::You also have to acknowledge changes! A few years have passed since my last post. A lot has happened in the post office in the meantime. The opening times are stable and the staff is constantly available. The staff (at least the two ladies I know) are very friendly, competent and quick. There is no rush and everything works. There is no comparison to before. Very positive !!! -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- Once again 'closed this morning'. Since this is constantly the case, I specifically looked online beforehand because I didn't want to go there again for free. Supposedly open. But it was the same tragedy. Wasn't open again in the morning for a long time. Since today then again. Regarding the point 'unfriendly and incompetent' I have to say: not true in my opinion. If it's open, you can be happy with the employees. Who is responsible for this staff shortage should be questioned. The employees are ok!! This time 4 stars, but unfortunately only because of the lack of availability.

::Unfortunately there are no zero stars! This post office is really a disgrace for customers. Today I wanted to send a letter by registered mail. The lady behind the counter said no because you can't send registered mail to a PO box. Okay - if that doesn't work, then just normal. When I got home, it didn't give me peace of mind and I investigated. First on the homepage and then I called the hotline at the post office. Both times I read or heard that it wasn't a problem at all. Pissed off, I went back and confronted the woman. She picked up the phone to find out what I knew on the Internet and the hotline. She then arrogantly said in a snippy tone: "I must have done that wrong, you can complain"! “Of course” the letter was already on its way and couldn’t be properly franked again You certainly can't know everything and of course mistakes sometimes happen. But now customers also have to allow themselves to be spoken to stupidly, although in my opinion the staff here's false knowledge and arrogance mean that customers have to swallow false statements. THAT cannot and must not be like that! Ultimately, as a customer, you will probably have reasons for wanting to send mail as registered mail. Whatever - this branch seems to have really deserved the negative reviews. I will probably also complain to Deutsche Post. I can't imagine that it is in their interest how customers are treated here. At least today's employee urgently needs further training on collective bargaining and an intensive seminar on how to deal with customers! O
