  Unbelievable but true - you deliver several items to this branch and pay for them - and a few weeks later a postal delivery person shows up at the door with one of these items and demands an extra 20 euros because the item was not franked! Unfortunately, when it was delivered, I didn't insist on getting a receipt because it was only private shipments and nothing business-related; the employee at the branch didn't offer or issue a receipt. Where did the money I paid for postage in the branch end up? Good question, no answer! There's no chance of getting anywhere at the post office without a receipt, and when I ask I get information if I don't pay the additional 20 euros then the shipment has to be destroyed and that becomes much more expensive and also demanded through debt collection if you don't do it voluntarily paid. So please never leave this branch without a receipt, otherwise it will be expensive!!!

  Personally, I only go to this branch. The employees are always friendly, helpful, courteous and competent. Basically the branch I trust! Just a big thank you to the counter team! THANKS !!!

  Unfortunately unfriendly staff. No matter how friendly you ask if the show is there, you will be shouted at. DHL says it's in the branch, employee supposedly says no. So I've driven 15 km for free twice now. Very annoying

  Fortunately, I rarely have to go to the post office, but when there is no other option, it's a horror... often the opening times are arbitrarily thrown out of the window and you're once again driving there for free. In addition, you should probably expect that the opening hours of the post office coincide with those of the associated supermarket.

  Not recommendable. If the post office has been "closed" for 3 minutes - no chance anymore. Need to pick up a package that's in front of you quickly? Saleswoman says no. Saleswomen roll their eyes, are rude and simply unsympathetic.
