  One employee can ruin the impression of an entire branch. Complaint has been written and hopefully will not be swept under the carpet. Even in times when many jobs are unoccupied, you shouldn't allow everyone to have customer contact.

  I am a regular customer there because the post office in Morschen, in contrast to the branch in Spangenberg, is open very reliably. The nice girl at Morschener Post is just great! I always come out of the store a little happier than when I went in. I'm very happy!

  The service in the branch is very nice. However, if the branch is closed for a few days today for a special reason, then a note on the opening times on the Internet would be very, very helpful, because then you would know that the way to the branch by bike from the district would be in vain, especially in this heat and you would therefore refrain from doing it.
