::Very strange opening times, even shortly before Christmas it's not even open longer or out of order. The service has decreased, one employee is super nice but the others give you the feeling, well, I have to work. It's probably not that much fun. Unfortunately I don't like this branch anymore. It used to be better.

::Unfortunately after 5 minutes no one except the answering machine can be reached! My concern was to report a publicly displayed defective mailbox from Deutsche Post! Very sad that in this case, when you report a broken mailbox to the postal service, you don't get anyone on the phone who can pass this complaint on to the responsible repair department! tSad contact option and the services of the post office in your own sense!

::Customer friendliness is very, very important in this branch! Open for 10 minutes and questions are not answered but ignored with huffing and eye rolling! There are so many people who are urgently looking for work and want to work! PLEASE send this obviously overwhelmed and overworked "lady" into retirement or into a back room so that she has no more customer contact please! It's unbelievable that paying customers are treated like this!!!!
