  The machines do not work properly and an ATM has been defective for a long time. A second device does not work properly either. Too bad.

  The ATM to deposit is broken ..... Great, you drive there and there is only a note with an apology. No indication when the thing is okay again 😡

  It is absolutely incomprehensible why there is no more post office in a city like Buxtehude! The Postbank branch in Bahnhof Strasse, which is also responsible for postal services, is extremely overcrowded. Can someone please explain to me why I have to wait in line for 40 minutes when I want to deliver a letter. I was obviously unlucky that many wanted to open an account before me or used other Postbank services. That can't be true, can it?
