  We had an appointment with Mr. von Brühl because our grandmother passed away to close out accounts/deposit accounts. As before, Mr. von Brühl was super friendly and accommodating on the phone. At the appointment, exactly what we were there for was done and everything was explained to us properly. There was no attempt to sell us any portfolios, savings plans or anything else. I've had a different experience with this at another large bank... All in all a very pleasant appointment, thank you! :)

  Mr. Arth's successor, Mr. von Brühl, is also customer-friendly and helpful! It's nice if you can also talk/make phone calls to "your" bank.

  I have been a customer at the Wedel branch for more than 30 years. And although I no longer live in Hamburg - since 1997 - and now live over 450 km away, I have remained a loyal customer of this very branch. Why? Quite simply: perfect service and VERY personal and friendly contact with the employees. Particularly noteworthy here is certainly Ms. Greif, who has been providing me with great support at any time and with any concern for many years now! So! Do people really want banking today - and not just as an advertising promise on TV...

  The service has improved again, friendly and accommodating. Very helpful in setting up my online access. I got an offer for an installment loan. They can keep up with internet offerings. I decided on the offer in the branch. Was processed and paid out quickly.
