  Hello, I would like to thank a nice employee of sparda bank Berlin eG, in the Rathausstr. branch. in Chemnitz. I had problems with my online banking. She always treated me very kindly and politely, even if I had to see her a few times because of it. After the 3rd visit it worked again 😃. thank you again for that 👍 and your perseverance and kindness.

  The advice from Ms. Kampfmeier is more than perfect. She is friendly and the advice is great. Mr. Döhler is also very friendly and the advice is also very good. I can only recommend both.

  Recently there has been an extremely unpleasant smell (stench) in the self-service area, which can be described as unacceptable. This cannot be made up for by the very friendly employees at the branch. That's why it's not possible for me to give a better rating at the moment.
