::The ATM has been broken for a week and no one has put any information there to inform about it! My mother, a pensioner, inserted the card, pressed the withdrawal of an amount + pin and nothing happened. Except that the machine made very loud noises. She always found out afterwards that the amount had been debited from the account but not paid out. What idiotic handling and you feel ripped off. Now you have to deal with running around and making phone calls again to get the lost money back 💰. This is pure stress for everyone, regardless of age. Hopefully there will be positive news from the Sparkasse on Monday!
