::Just came from the emergency room with my boyfriend. Simply great, you are taken seriously and the patients are treated really well. Some other hospitals could learn a lesson. Thank you for being treated like a human being here.🙏

::I gave birth to my first child there. The cesarean section was carried out professionally and I am very satisfied. Rooms, relaxation, staff and food were all excellent. I'm glad I chose this clinic.

::The assessment applies to the postpartum ward. The nice night nurse deserves 5 stars - thanks to her I didn't run away straight away! Without her I would have fired myself after 24 hours. So “baby-friendly”... I found it more “mother-critical”! It has to be said that it was already my second child that was born here and I was treated like an incompetent, unwilling new mother. I breastfed my first child for a year and I knew exactly how to do it! It was always written down with a red pen "not breastfeeding again" and in my meona (applied for after discharge) it was written seriously "very unmotivated to breastfeed" - my child was exhausted from the birth and just wanted to sleep!!! My child had regained his birth weight within a very short time and screamed when I forced him to drink again after massive pressure from the nurses! Some children drink less, but drink a lot! The pressure was very high and the unfriendliness was great - the lovely night nurse was exempt from everything! Thank you for being there! What I also found impossible was the constant criticism about how I dressed my baby - no, the baby should be naked! My baby was freezing! My goodness, you can also cuddle and build an intense bond if you have a little material between you and your child! It doesn't need to lie on you naked and freeze for 3 days because it's such a delicate baby. You're not a bad mother if you dress your newborn in something (made from 100% organic cotton). Please work with fewer prejudices and rigid structures.

::I had a wonderful experience at Evangelisches Diakoniekrankenhaus in Freiburg during my husband's recent surgery. The staff was incredibly supportive and caring. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and reassured. The medical team was highly skilled, and their compassion was evident in every interaction. The hospital facilities were clean and modern. We are grateful for the exceptional care we received and highly recommend Evangelisches Diakoniekrankenhaus in Freiburg.

::I gave birth to my first child late August in the Diakonie. The team of midwifes/ doctors who took charge as we arrived and all along has been great, listening and understanding. However, moving up on the stationary room was another deal.... a big lack of empathy, nobody to show you how to feed or change you newborn basically the first steps for being a mom. I was so weak going home that I have almost gave up breastfeeding! Could really be improved.
