::What was promised is not being kept, what bad times we have. Nothing applies to patients here.

::I needed a second opinion after a failed thumb operation in a private practice and was very satisfied. I got an appointment quickly, everyone was very friendly and competent and the doctors took a lot of time to explain everything to me.

::I had a plastic surgery appointment in August last year. I didn't care about the waiting time. However, it was explained to me that everything was not so wild and the bikini cut was not enough. The documents will arrive by mail in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks no mail came even after 3.4 MONTHS! They always said they had no staff. I was fed up and made an appointment somewhere else in January. Got my documents for 6 who and T-cut stomach there 7 days later. I had long since received approval from the KK and I still didn't have a report. I called again anyway and was assured I would be next. After 7 months I received my report. I no longer needed this because my first operation was just a few weeks later. It was very sad!

::Incredibly horrible treatment of patients!! This only affects the organization and processes. It's not about the doctors and nurses, they were all very friendly and helpful. In this case it's about my 22 year old son. I don't want to go into hours of waiting for a number of preliminary examinations. The scheduled surgery date was simply canceled twice. The last one was already so far prepared that all we had to do was go into the operating room. After 6! After waiting hours and sobering for 17 hours, the cancellation came due to the lack of a cleaned operating room and the lack of anesthesiologists. No staff - but several security guards at every door and two employees on the ward who ensure that no relatives are allowed to be with the patient and who check the corona test - there are resources for that 🤮 Then there is the statement that it won't happen after a certain time of day more worthwhile. There would never be a 100% commitment to surgery appointments... what an inhumane treatment that is! An excited person who is afraid waits for a procedure that is very important to them and is then simply and coldly dismissed. What's wrong with the university clinic? Definitely nothing good anymore. At least in surgery. Absolutely underground and not recommended.

::Everything worked out great. Appointments, planning, surgery and then inpatient care. Absolutely friendly, personal and competent treatment. Both from the doctors and the nursing staff. My daughter and I felt very comfortable. Recommended!
