  I was on the Pneumology 1 ward for 2 weeks. All the staff were polite and helpful. I liked the food very much. Thank you for your care and best regards

  I'm currently inpatient here, 2 days and nights of sleep diagnostics and I have to say I feel really well cared for here 🙏 My treating doctors are very nice, the nursing staff doesn't have too much to do with me, but they are always available and friendly and that Food is also enjoyable for a hospital (I've been to some of them) .... so all in all I have to say .... EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD☝️🙏🙏 Keep it up and LG Steffi

  Long waiting times despite the appointment. Badly organized. Obviously old / seriously ill patients are informed about examinations in the corridor. The main thing is to sign. Time seems to have stood still here in the 80s. The management should think outside the box to see how other hospitals are organized in 2021! Oh yes, free parking spaces are available but completely blocked - so it is better to plan additional time for the search.

  My first compliment goes to the ladies at reception and registration. With every call / appointment I was treated with friendliness. (I can't say that about every lung clinic in Essen !!) I was greeted everywhere in the hospital. The nice young doctor advised me extensively and patiently took the time to talk to me about everything. I found all the nurses / helpers super nice. Keep it up, please!

  The medical care in the sleep laboratory was excellent. Competent and very extensive advice. Unfortunately a mistake was made when recording. First recorded on the wrong station and then unnecessarily placed an access that was not required. It was then a little difficult to find someone who could remove the superfluous access again. The second night they almost forgot to wire me up. The sister said I forgot to register? Breakfast and dinner are ok, lunch is underground. According to the cleaning staff, the shower head in the bathroom of my room had been broken for days. I then repaired it myself so that I could shower in the hot temperatures.
