  An appointment is made with the very friendly and competent senior doctor for a small outpatient procedure. Well so far. Then you get an envelope that contains a ticket number. On the day of the operation, envelope opened and I should have been admitted to the hospital 1 day beforehand! Cheek! I then drove home, who knows what would have happened without my consent .......

  An absolute insolence what is subtracted here. Seriously ill patients are kept waiting for an appointment for over a month anyway, only to receive a surprising call on the day of the appointment, that the appointment has to be postponed for some inexplicable reason and you should still wait almost another month and a half! Do yourself a favor and find a competent practice. This already fails when making an appointment.

  For I say I will do the surgery the hospital gives me an appointment after 4 months this is not good
