  Hier gibt es recht viele negative Bewertungen. Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich das nicht bestätigen. Bin erst seit Kurzem Patient dort und habe sowohl die Ärzte als auch den Empfang als freundlich und kompetent erlebt. Auch die Terminvergabe war problemlos.

  I felt very comfortable in the practice. The atmosphere around me, with other patients, was friendly and attentive. The doctor was thorough, friendly, informative, without giving me the feeling of time pressure. The waiting time was absolutely reasonable, today it was even very short. The supporting medical assistants were consistently friendly and didn't let you show the stress, should they have had any. I can and will recommend the practice.

  Unbelievable what you experience there, first the receptionist totally cheeky and rude, then the Kasper who scolds himself an ENT doctor when he has a broken nose he doesn’t take sick leave, it’s not necessary sad what is allowed to call himself a doctor today. It is better to see another doctor, there are enough in the area. I called the health insurance company and wondered what the Kasper bills for about 3 minutes of work

  I don't understand all of the negative reviews. I was treated very well there. Of course, it is also sometimes full and stressful for the ladies at the bar. Nevertheless, I was treated quickly and very well there. My sleep apnea was confirmed by two sleep laboratory appointments there. You have to be flexible with the appointments in the laboratory. Then it can be done quickly. The second time I was there because I had an infection in my ear and couldn't hear anything on one side. One call and I was allowed to come over immediately. Top people
