::I went to Ms. Dr. Machete changed because she is very friendly and helpful. I met her by chance during an acute appointment. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The premises were a bit difficult to find, but the ladies at reception were friendly and approachable. You have to wait a bit because it is very busy.

::Appointment coordination for acute complaints at 8 a.m. doesn't work at all. On two subsequent days I was not accepted on site and was again put off until the next day, but it was best to be there earlier and be one of the first. It wasn't possible to make an appointment either; it would actually have made sense to avoid this random principle. The statements on site and on the AB contradict each other. If you do not have the capacity to accept especially acute patients with a waiting period and stop admitting patients after a certain number of patients and do not make appointments, then you should communicate this in advance.

::Best professional doctor. Plus, the real hand of philanthropy. As I was so so sick and they accepted me without having an appointment. The helped me and cured me. Thanks God for all the GOOD people in this world

::One of the receptionists was extremely rude. Not supportive at all. I even felt borderline racism. At least the doctor was nice.

::I can't say anything about the doctors due to the lack of contact/treatment. I was on the mat at 8 without an appointment with a GP referral/inquiry for an acute infection. Unfortunately, I didn't expect the queue when it opened. After half an hour and after the last free acute appointment was made in front of me, I was informed at the counter (around 8:30 a.m....) that I could no longer get an appointment. I could try again the next day at 8 a.m., maybe there would be less going on... Of course that wouldn't be guaranteed... But what upset me the most was the claim that my referral wasn't a real GP request (although it explicitly said so...) because a certain note was missing. After my visit, I went to see my family doctor again. Here it was confirmed to me that everything that the form identifies as a family doctor request is there. In another ENT practice that I went to afterwards, the request was accepted as such without further ado! I was treated very well there too. My heartfelt thanks to the Mundsburg ENT Specialist Center for a good 2 hours of unnecessary stress!
