  Long waiting time beyond making an appointment. But conversely, you had to sign in order to receive an invoice if the deadline was not met. After announcing that I would be looking for a new dentist, the succinct answer came: "...Then do it." A clever answer would have been... "ok, I can understand that you are upset about the waiting time. You can think about it again. We are here and there for you". A brief information call to the waiting room that I might have to wait another x minutes would have been acceptable. It's not like you don't have any obligations yourself. Well, if you've been a patient there for 30 years, it's probably time to change. Note: The work done there on the customer has always been flawless, at least for me. Star deduction only for the treatment of customers at the reception.

  Was turned away despite the practice being empty and is apparently no longer accepting new patients.

  In my opinion one of the best dentists in this region. Very courteous, empathetic, very technically correct. Highly recommended for patients who are afraid of anesthetic injections, I have had these from Dr. Hannemann has never noticed/felt it. Rare to little, even when working without anesthesia.

  Great doctor! Very pleasant and totally accommodating! Had no pain without anesthesia. Absolutely top doctor who knows his craft.
