::Long waiting time beyond making an appointment. But conversely, you had to sign in order to receive an invoice if the deadline was not met. After announcing that I would be looking for a new dentist, the succinct answer came: "...Then do it." A clever answer would have been... "ok, I can understand that you are upset about the waiting time. You can think about it again. We are here and there for you". A brief information call to the waiting room that I might have to wait another x minutes would have been acceptable. It's not like you don't have any obligations yourself. Well, if you've been a patient there for 30 years, it's probably time to change. Note: The work done there on the customer has always been flawless, at least for me. Star deduction only for the treatment of customers at the reception.

::In my opinion one of the best dentists in this region. Very courteous, empathetic, very technically correct. Highly recommended for patients who are afraid of anesthetic injections, I have had these from Dr. Hannemann has never noticed/felt it. Rare to little, even when working without anesthesia.
