::Parcel delivery person in Hofheim simply does not deliver parcels, does not attempt delivery even though delivery is possible, gives incorrect reasons in the system and DHL is unable to act over the phone. Simply return packages as undeliverable. Dropping locations are ignored. Reasons such as force majeure, storm, snow etc. at 20'C and sunshine. DHL blames errors on customers instead of properly examining the facts. The system and complaint are ineffective. Poor performance.
