Pierre Sinet also has a warehouse in Darmstadt, one Cristi Pop works for him, I got hired through him, he promises a lot but it's harder (impossible) to get what he promises you. ::Parcel delivery person in Hofheim simply does not deliver parcels, does not attempt delivery even though delivery is possible, gives incorrect reasons in the system and DHL is unable to act over the phone. Simply return packages as undeliverable. Dropping locations are ignored. Reasons such as force majeure, storm, snow etc. at 20'C and sunshine. DHL blames errors on customers instead of properly examining the facts. The system and complaint are ineffective. Poor performance.

::The first package allegedly could not be delivered on January 2nd, 2020! (Unfortunately, delivery of the shipment was not possible. Reasons for this could be: No access to the building, no sign on the bell, receiver possibly distorted, etc.) I've already received x packages so far and then received 2 more. Everything very strange, DHL!! Package was sent again, should be delivered today! We still wait!
