::The service is friendly and competent. What really bothers me is that as a Postbank customer you can only get money during opening hours and access to the branch is not possible for wheelchair users, for example, and there is also no railing on the stairs. That would be especially important for older people in order to get up and down the stairs safely. I thought the branch was much better before.
