  Never again... Once again we were served unfriendly and condescendingly. The lady at the post office definitely has the wrong job. Unfriendly and arrogant beyond compare. Example. I arrived with a completely prepaid package and just wanted to hand it in and ask for proof of delivery to the branch. (The way it's always been done) Answer: "I cannot issue a receipt." 😳 I said I needed this to prove shipping. Answer: "I'm not allowed to do that. Then you can't leave the package here." 😳 Then I said that if I took it to the packing station I could also get a receipt. Answer: "There is no proof."🧐 2nd case I wanted to send a shipment of goods (return) and asked to take a photo for the dealer after franking. Answer: "No, after franking the consignment becomes the property of the post office and may not be photographed." 😳 I then, sorry, I just need a photo of the shipping envelope with the stamp written by myself. Answer: "No, nothing is photographed here, then you just have to send it insured" Conclusion: I took my shipment of goods with me again without postage and drove to the main branch. I received a friendly welcome there and was able to do everything according to my wishes without any problems. My husband and I will definitely not go to the branch on Neumärker Str. again.

  Competent, professionally and personally completely fine. It's also positive that you can buy stationery and office supplies on site. Very pleasant: Many a bad-tempered customer who needs therapy and thinks he can indulge in any kind of misbehavior is thrown out! So it is also a “safe place”. Where else can you find something like that today? Must be acknowledged here too!

  I had a very nice, hard-working person who helped me a lot! I had the wrong packaging for my package, which he very kindly pointed out to me and kindly provided me with the correct packaging and helped with the packaging! Always happy to come to the post office :)
