::I wanted to pick up a package at the branch today. The first thing I noticed was that the store had been remodeled again. A new interior design awaits you every week. Unfortunately, the latest redesign of the store means that around 25% of the loading area is still accessible, which is a challenge with 5 waiting customers. So far so good. The second thing I noticed was the "barking" (if you can call it that in a Chiwawa). The dog didn't want to wait alone behind the counter while the employee made copies on the printer/copier for a customer. (You can understand it somehow). When she returned to the counter she asked her dog to please be quiet and he actually did - great! When it was finally my turn, I was asked why there were two tracking numbers on my pickup slip but the lady could only find one package. I remained silent, shrugging my shoulders and hoping to be able to leave this store with my packages as soon as possible. She placed the first (and unfortunately only) package halfway on the counter, which then promptly went towards the ground. When I was told "Um lady, that could possibly be fragile" I was told that all postmen treat the package like that and it will be okay. So I mean, all in all, is that okay? I'll still give it 3 stars - 1. the lady doesn't look that bad and 2. if the shop closes I'll have to keep driving. You have to know.

::I sent a letter on Saturday, very and friendly, he felt that what was in there was supposed to be a gift voucher for my daughter, the mail arrived but the contents were worth 50 euros, I suspect that it was him took it outside because he didn't put the letter in the box
