::In times when there is only complaining, I would like to share my positive feedback about the post office in Pützchen (Pützchens Chaussee 179). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have always patiently helped me with my questions and concerns. Even in the run-up to Christmas, waiting times were acceptable and the service was efficient. I am very satisfied with my visit and will definitely recommend this post office. Thank you for the great service!

::Parcel collection card in the mailbox, ready for collection at the branch the next morning according to the email + in the shipment tracking, supposedly not available there. Should contact the complaints department. "It's not my job" when asked why she doesn't do it. When complaining, stereotypical, difficult to understand uselessness (we will get back to you in 2-3 days). Another employee found the package immediately in the afternoon.

::Reduced from 3 to 1: We delivered a package with a single clearly visible sticker (funny figure) for the recipient. Of course, that's exactly where the package label had to be stopped and - despite the warning - pressed down.

::In the DHL app, the package is shown ready for collection and the 7 working days are not over yet, but the package could not be found in the branch. The good lady cannot name a sender based on the shipment number. What a shame! ☹️
