::Opening times are not observed. Once again stood in front of a closed door despite opening hours. It was supposed to be open at 9 a.m. it was 9:10 a.m., no one in sight, no note, nothing. This should be better organized.

::The very last!! I've stood in front of a locked door for the umpteenth time! The opening hours are the last thing when you are working. One time I was there at 12:53 p.m. and it was already lunchtime, the other time at 5:32 p.m., even though it was still open, I was told it was already closed! The branch in Borsdorf was closed because it was not open at least 9 hours a day. Here in Machern it's not even 8 hours a day! Absolutely unfriendly when you meet someone!
