  The staff isn't always very friendly, and in general you can read in the feedback that, strangely enough, the owner only responds to positive feedback, which is questionable.

  A single employee is totally unfriendly. I picked up a package (the last name of my friend and I was on it), and I was told that I wasn't allowed to sign because I wasn't Mr. XY, even though my name was on it too! If I go in there with my child in a stroller, the door is closed in my face when I leave instead of being held open. Comments like “the child is hungry” are unnecessary, as is the derogatory laughter that comes with them. A stranger wants to tell me what needs my child has? It's only because of this one employee that I avoid the store and prefer to go down to Kaufland...at least I'm greeted with a smile instead of an annoyed eye roll 😄

  Service nil. The opening times are not very customer friendly. Today, Monday September 18th, 2023, I stood in front of a locked door at 3:30 p.m.
