  I have been many Deutsche posts here in Aachen, but this one is the best of the bests. They are very friendly and helpful 🙂 I always go there no matter what, they have everything that you need, little shop, stationaries, even copy machine.

  The couriers in this area of town are unbelievable, they dont ring your door or simply leave without giving the package and then You need to wait in a 20 min queue to get your package Horrible experience which could be easily avoided if they actually cared about the customer

  I've lived in many countries, but this experience was by far the worst I have in my life. The staff very rude and unprofessional.

  Really nice staff. The woman took her time to explain and help me with everything. Definitely much nicer than the ones in the main postoffice of kapuzinergrasen. Totally recommend.

  The main problem is the long waiting times and high cost, but that is a problem of the whole Deutsche Post, not this one store
