::I have been many Deutsche posts here in Aachen, but this one is the best of the bests. They are very friendly and helpful 🙂 I always go there no matter what, they have everything that you need, little shop, stationaries, even copy machine.

::The couriers in this area of town are unbelievable, they dont ring your door or simply leave without giving the package and then You need to wait in a 20 min queue to get your package Horrible experience which could be easily avoided if they actually cared about the customer

::Really nice staff. The woman took her time to explain and help me with everything. Definitely much nicer than the ones in the main postoffice of kapuzinergrasen. Totally recommend.

::The main problem is the long waiting times and high cost, but that is a problem of the whole Deutsche Post, not this one store
