::What kind of pathetic opening hours are these!! One day a week until 5 p.m. otherwise closed at 12 p.m. Are you serious??? There are also people who work and cannot send the housewife out when the postman preferred to bring the mini package to the post office instead of putting it in the mailbox! I don't want a single package from me to be brought here anymore!!

::The gentleman complained that I was bringing him a return and told me that you shouldn't buy anything online. For example, he would never have done that. Obviously wanted to make me feel guilty. Then he got upset that he had to scan my QR code from my smartphone to create the label. Please excuse me for not having a printer at home! Also, no hello and no goodbye... Catastrophe. Don't go there anymore.

::The branch is under new management. I was served by an older male employee. This was very hectic and unfriendly. He even raised his voice towards me for absolutely no reason. He seemed very overwhelmed and stressed even though I was the only customer in the poorly equipped store. Next time I'd rather go to the neighboring village.

::The female waiter is always really friendly and helpful! The male colleague, however, is an imposition. Unfriendly and not in the least stress-resistant. And worst of all, he's incredibly arrogant. What does it matter to the employees whether I hand in returns here?

::Best postal service I have ever received anywhere. Hundreds of packages have been handled here without a single mishap. I can compare with Netherlands where often items get lost.
