::I don't go there often, but when I have something to send away or need something, I always receive courteous and friendly service. The employees are committed and competent. I know what it's like when the systems or cash registers crash... but that's no reason to become unfriendly or rude to the employees. That’s just what happens in the digital world. You just have to stay calm and hope for the best, after all the employees only have two hands. So I'm completely satisfied and just say, keep it up and stay as you are!!!

::I have always received friendly and competent service and can only give the branch a positive review. I can't understand some of the bad reviews. The fact that there is a queue at the counter is due to the fact that it is the only post office in Mariadorf - but the staff cannot help.
