::Haben mein Paket nicht angenommen. Es hieß, es sei nicht korrekt verpackt (!?) Seit Jahren verpackte ich meine Sendung so. In einer anderen Filiale wurde es problemlos und ohne Diskussionen angenommen. Ein Hallo und ein Tschüss gibt es dort leider auch nie. Auch wenn manche Kunden schwierig sind. Aber man muss es nicht an jedem rauslassen..

::The branch is great! Despite the fact that the women are mostly understaffed, they do a mega job. I am always served in a friendly manner, if there are problems a quick and uncomplicated solution will be found! I feel very well cared for there and will continue to go there again and again in the future!

::Completely unfriendly, disrespectful and above all absolutely arrogant staff in the Kaufland branch of Deutsche Post. I seriously ask myself why so many bad reviews and identical statements from customers, regarding the same employees named, have no consequences. Incredible that you have to be offered something like this! It is enough!!!!
