::I applied there once and gave the boss my stick (for important documents)! Haven't gotten it back yet! There is very important information on this stick! I hope after more than a year that he will finally find me again! I didn't start working there because of the friendliness!

::I have NEVER experienced or seen such unfriendly staff, I am so angry that something like this still exists in Germany. If I wasn't so well educated I would express myself differently. I'm just saying 🤮.You should cancel. The post office should be ashamed of hiring such staff

::I always find the two regular employees to be obliging, objective but friendly. So far, good solutions have always been found and I have been helped quickly... I like going there.

::I don't want to go into the employee's arrogance anymore. I think that is clear to everyone by now. Apparently the opening times are only recommendations, as the store was closed today during the stated opening times. It wasn't the first time either...

::I try to avoid this branch anyway because I find the one employee so arrogant and unfriendly, she doesn't say hello - nothing at all. Unfortunately my package has now been dropped off there, so I have to pick it up. Attempt number 1 went wrong because the package wasn't delivered there, so I should just come back the next day. No sooner said than done, the opening times were suddenly changed, there was a sign outside the door indicating this, but I was standing there with 3 other people who were all outraged about it. You look up the opening times online, take the route, drive there and then still find yourself in front of the closed doors. Simply annoying and unreliable. So I can go there a third time later and then have my package handed to me without comment. The service is simply a disaster - every single time I'm there.
