::Basically, I am satisfied with the acceptance point. Unfortunately, there is one employee who probably leaves his friendliness at the door. I understand a lot of things, but as a customer I don't support laziness. Others also have to do their job 100%. I could have picked up a package at 10 a.m. today. Then the colleague said he wasn't looking now and that I should come back in the afternoon! Where is something like that? Complaint is sent straight to the post! The good man is unsustainable when it comes to customer friendliness!

::I like going to the post office. Boss super friendly and helpful, always great! Always there when you have a question, even if you're sitting in the office and the employee is actually standing at the counter. Package delivery always worked great and reached the recipient very quickly. You have to take the employee as he is. But he's also nice! Everyone is wearing masks, I haven't noticed anything different yet.
