::Really a disgrace! Unreliable, and sometimes stroppy! One could overlook the language barrier if the constant absence were not there, which further fuels the discontent. Even the opening hours set by the staff are regularly ignored. Thanks for nothing!

::The negative reviews are justified. Was a customer at this branch 523 myself. A change urgently needs to be made. My neighbors are of the same opinion. Only the most necessary things are done there.

::Unfriendly employee. I wanted to send a letter with tracking but didn't receive a tracking number. When I told the employee this, he just said "It's not my problem, I don't know, I'm just pressing a button". When I reminded him that I paid for the tracking and wanted the number, he even became insulting. This is not just bad service, it's criminal! I pay for a service but it is denied to me.

::Subterranean service, zero postal secrecy, unfriendly and brash employee. Post cannot be found, even though it has supposedly been in the branch for two days. Parcels are lying all over the place and are accessible to everyone, so that anyone can take their own package or simply take another one with them. The clerk's excuse is that people aren't listening and it's the postal driver's fault that the package isn't there because he's still driving it around the car... Not only are they lying around freely, but he also has to read the name and address out loud. This branch is absolutely worth breaking the habit of if you come in at all because of the modest opening and closing times. The employee can hardly be understood even with a lot of effort; conducts private conversations via Zoom or similar at full volume.

::Nice person but unfortunately the opening times are kept as you please. It is regularly open too late or the operator is “right back”. Then private telephone calls are loudly made in front of customers and you stand there and wait. Unfortunately there is no alternative in the area.
