::I would like to say a very big, big compliment. An employee, Mr. Schilling, often goes on our tour, and many of his colleagues can learn a lot from him. He is always nice, polite and very accommodating. He delivers the packages to the 5th floor, even though there is no elevator, and still remains friendly. No matter how big or heavy the package was, when my colleague drove the tour, all my deliveries arrived. Unfortunately, he is really the only one on this tour for whom this works. You can see other drivers as they drive past thanks to the live tracking. It is precisely for such reasons that Mr. Schilling deserves big praise. I hope that he will be responsible for our tour for a very long time.
