::Worst post I have ever seen. The employee didn’t want to give me my package from Korea that I already payed tax for. When I contacted DHL, they said that my package was already delivered to that post office, but this post didn’t want to give it to me. I called DHL many times, but they said that they can’t help with this situation. So when I came to them again after 1 hour the package magically appeared from their closet. My German is not so good and I could not express my irritation to employee and he was old man who speaks no word in English.

::Super unfriendly male staff. Unfortunately, the tall, thin man didn't manage to properly send the package I had given and it came back to me. The loud music makes you think we're in a discotheque! I'll never go there again
