  There is always something going on in the branch, the employees behind the counter do not let themselves be disturbed even in stressful times and are a well-stocked and well-functioning team.   Tried to get a package on the 1st work day after the notification and was told the package had not arrived; went back the 7th work day and was told the package had been sent back. According to the notification card the package would be sent after the package stays at the office for 7 work days but in reality this is clearly not the case. Unprofessional.
