  Brought 2 packages to the post office today! 4 employees at the counter! One of them was processing customers 2 others had the counter closed! Well, that left the 4, who quickly gave me the sign with the statement,, please not with me,,!! And they were all sooooo friendly! ! !

  There are two mailboxes that are emptied late, i.e. at 8:30 p.m. on weekdays! From there the mail goes directly to the next mail distribution center, in this case Leipzig-Radefeld!

  Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are only open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It's nice when you think about it as a customer. You should also note that it is only a temporary branch for picking up parcels and is only open from November to January. Always from Monday to Friday 1-6 p.m. and Saturday 9-12 p.m. If you read your notification slip beyond 10 a.m. the next working day, you will also notice that the opening times are written on it. I'd rather go here and get my package than at the other branch where I have to wait for 2 hours because the line stretches all the way to the stop. At Christmas the Pakstations are overcrowded. Because you don't just order Christmas presents alone.

  Zero stars would be appropriate. Absolute lack of transparency regarding opening times. Is only shown as a mailbox in the Deutsche Post location search in the 04155 zip code area. Apparently the shipment was delivered here instead of to the packing station, but Amazon says otherwise. Why do you even offer the Packstation service if the package is delivered to such a dodgy provincial branch (not in terms of location, but in terms of infrastructure!).
