::This DHL shop is near Aldi store towards right of the store.

::I saw some negative reviews about the staff treating foreigners differently but we had no problems posting here, even though we are not German. The stamp that I bought didn't cover the total cost to the address so the receiver had to pay an additional charge but perhaps I should've reminded the sales person.

::This is the first time that I write a review on google maps. I came here just to say that this post office was the worst that I ever visited. Very arrogant employees.

::Staff here are horrendous, I avoid this branch as much as possible and stick to my neighbourhood branches more often than not. Absolutely unfriendly, incompetent and lacking in any brains whatsoever.

::I have been there for several times but with really bad experiences. If you have other choices, I do not recommend you to come here. The envelops here are more expensive than other places. When I went there for returning a package, in the e-mail, it is said I not have to print the return label. But they just didn’t check it and just asked me to print it. Almost no one can speak English in one of the biggest train station in Europe. When I requested to put my big package just for a while and they refused. They are really unfriendly. And when I would like to open a bank account for verification, they just mistook my address.
