  It's a huge mess that packages left at the branch are only picked up and processed days later! I assume a time window within max. 3 days and no longer! If you could then it would be minus 5 stars!!!

  Some postmen are unable to open a doorbell. Instead, they find a yellow card in the mailbox with words like, Personal delivery was unfortunately not possible on the date and time, even though someone was at home. One star is also too much. Miserable service 👎🏻

  Unfortunately I have to give one star, 0 would be deserved. Opening times are really ridiculous, you can pick up registered mail from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. During this time the door isn't even always opened and you can try again the next day if anyone wants to...
