As I know him, he promptly called at around 9:00 a.m. After a short briefing, I ordered a block of shares. 5 minutes later the matter was completed, exactly at the price I had advised. Some employees have been on site for their customers for many, many years (and this has unfortunately become very rare at the large private banks) - this has resulted in a trusting advisory relationship that often lasts for many years between advisors and customers, sometimes from their school days through training and university studies to an employee who is fully committed to life. The self-service devices have been modernized - they are now reliable, quick and accessible again. Overall, there are various consultation rooms in the branch that make in-depth discussions possible under modern and discreet requirements.
